Returns and refunds

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase from ‘Geoff Stocker’, but if you wish to return and refund your order for any reason you can do so up to 14 working days after receiving your product. This is your “cooling off period” and the period commences the day after you receive the products.

Before sending back please send an email to customerservice@geoffstocker.com indicating that you would like to return your order. A full refund will be made within 30 days following the safe return of the order.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, so please take care when unpacking & repacking.

  • A Returns Authorization Number will be issued. Please use this as reference in all email correspondence and write it on the outside of the returning package.

  • The cost of returning the product is payable by the buyer.

  • Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit, so we recommend that for products that were shipped to addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland, that they be returned via the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service for goods below £50 in value and by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ for those above £50. For products shipped to Europe and the Rest of the World other arrangements will be made.

  • Refunds to a third party cannot be made.

Once the product has been returned safely in its original condition you will be sent an email notification and your refund will be processed through your original method of payment.
