  • Latest Developments for Geoff Stocker

As the technology develops so too do the ideas. My Digital Fabric printers RA Smart are continually researching and adding new fabrics to their range. One of these is a superb wool/cashmere mix that has just the right weight, feel and weave to hold the designs in my upcoming range of Men's Winter Scarves. Hopefully ready in time for Christmas.

The latest Pocket Square Collection is just around the corner and will be on the website at the end of August.

I will be taking a stand at Best of Britannia in London between 30th Sept and 2nd October this year. Due to the growth in the number of brands wanting to exhibit at the event it will be laid out according to product categories, so you'll find me in the Menswear section.

I'll also be at a new event being staged at Tobacco Dock in London on Saturday 3rd December. I'll be alongside a lot of exciting Men's Grooming and Accessory brands. Add the 'Gentleman's Grooming Show' to your diary

The most exciting and ambitious new development for me comes as a result of a recent holiday to Japan. Visiting the Kaga Yuzen silk dyeing workshops in Kanazawa and museums in Tokyo, I saw some superb textiles. From simple cotton handkerchiefs to the most ornate and grand silk Kimonos. A seed was planted as to which way I want my work to develop and after 6 years concentrating exclusively on accessories I feel it's the right time to evolve. So I am currently having a Men's Silk Dressing Gown made up. The prototype will be ready in time for BoB London. So you'll get a chance to see, touch and maybe even try it on. The full collection will be ready for launch in Spring 2017.

    Exciting times eh!
